Coach Flores will be coaching the 7th grade boys and Coach Soto will be coaching 8th grade team. Both are very excited to be coaching this year’s soccer boys.

Coach Flores expects the boys to try their best and learn the fundamentals of soccer. He enjoys teaching the 7th graders because to many of them it’s a new sport that they are learning. During tryouts he felt like there were some minor errors but overall has been good. One of his favorite parts of coaching 7th grade soccer is that he’s the one to teach them the fundamentals.

Coach Soto is very excited for the season to start. Soto stated, “I feel good about this season as I expect players to work hard and achieve success.” Most of all, both Soto and Flores expects players not to give up.

“I feel like the kids are going to develop and learn the game, they will learn how to compete” coach Flores said.

“Since these 8th graders have a year under their belt I feel like they will be more successful, both on and off the field” Soto stated.

Overall Soto and Flores are ready and excited for this years soccer season. They feel confident, and are ready for anything.
